This membership includes Integrating Strength in Seniors (which is more than just for seniors) and Creating Space with Mobility. It gives you a nice balance of strength and mobility. This also gives you access to one live livestream or in person (NJ) yoga class per month. Your one credit can be used when signing up for that class.
