These sessions will help answer any questions you may have about different yoga poses/asanas and help you take your yoga practice to a more optimal level.
This is an all level yoga class that will have modifications for your level. It is fun, dynamic and functional. It will give you the tools you need to embrace movement more fully and more joyfully.
These sessions will review chair yoga poses and help your confidence in your chair yoga practice.
These classes are for those of you who have difficulty transitioning from the floor to standing. This will take some of that difficulty out of your practice by using a chair for support to increase the ease with your practice and help you find success.
This will prepare you for your yoga arts classes as we review the different kicks and punches that may be showcased in these classes.
These classes are a bit more dynamic and loads of fun as we combine yoga and martial arts to create a higher intensity class. Always keeping in mind optimal movement patterns to allow for dynamic and safe movement in life.
These classes will bring two wonderful movement practices together, tai chi and yoga. Join us as we explore these movements together and allow our bodies to find joy in moving.
These classes are designed to work on strengthening. Each class is broken up based on specific body parts or quadrants. We are mindful of the busy of life and have designed classes to be about 15 minutes in length. Feel free to repeat the same class to increase the sets completed or put two different classes together for a more global workout. Customize it to fit your schedule.
These short classes help you find mobility through simple movements. The classes will be broken down by joint and/or body quadrants. Finding more mobility will help both your practice and your movement through life.
This offering has classes that include instructional classes and forms. Instructional classes break down the forms and specific movements so that forms will be easier to attain. Forms classes gently guides you through different forms offered in Tai Chi. Qi Gong has also been included as a part if this offering. Tai Chi and Qi Gong have been shown to help with overall health and wellness. The instruction is by Sifu Anthony Jackson. Sifu Jackson has trained for 25 years and been teaching for 19 years.
These classes are great fun with amazing, current music. These are high impact classes so please make sure that you are ready for this dynamic workout. There will be modifications and you can always hit pause, but please know that this is an intense workout. And lots of fun!
