Lower Body Strengthening with a Slider

This is a short close to 15 min class that works on strengthening your lower body with the use of a furniture slider. You will need a chair and a furniture slider for this exercise class. Tips: If you are doing this exercise on a wooden floor a slider with a pad will work well. If you are on a carpet or other surface, a slider without a cloth or pad will work well. Make sure that the chair is sturdy and will support you with your balance.
